Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Processing time takes 2-3 business days.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on the system you used to pay with please contact us if it has been more than 14 business days.

**We are not responsible for stolen or missing items please be sure to ship to a secure address**

Returns are accepted as long as they do not Exceed 7 days of delivery of the item. However, all items returned should be unworn in all original packaging and the return postage be paid by returner.

***Promotional/sale items are not eligible for returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
